Minty Green/White Stretch Poly Stripe Ruffle Knit Fabric By the Yard. Very lightweight stretch knit with flowing ruffles that measure about 3/4" and run horizontally across fabric width. Stretch is about 100% across width. This drapey fabric is semi-sheer with see-through areas under ruffles. Suitable for sheer novelty tops, dresses, scarves, costumes, and dancewear. Also great for kids and babies clothes. Fabric must be lined or a garment worn underneath.
