The truth is that you take less risk ordering on-line than you do using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. Shopify sees to it that credit card transactional info is properly managed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors/smoke/stains/pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used. All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all items by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refunded. Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer. If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
* Returns using a Discount Coupon Offer:
Items returned will have the discount amount taken from the price of the fabric amount. If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the discount offer, the full discount taken on the order will be deducted from your refund total.
* Returns using a Free Shipping Offer:
If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping offer, the full shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your order will be deducted from the refund total. If your full order is returned, the shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your purchase will be deducted from your refund total.
* Returned due to wrong address entered on the order:If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address being entered on the original order that was placed, we can reship the order and access a new shipping charge, or it can be processed as a return using the above stated policies.
Sold Out Items
Our policy is to fill your order with any of the fabrics available. It is not our policy to contact customers if we sell out of items. If you wish to be contacted prior to your order being shipped out, we will be glad to do so. Please make sure to have your phone number and email address on your order and add a note in the comments section of the online order form letting us know.

Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Normally, expect delivery of your order within 7-14 business days of its receipt. Most items ship from our Missouri warehouse. Items starting with "DFW" ships from our California warehouse. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers. If you order a mix of those items, you will receive multiple shipments and related shipping charges may be applied at checkout.
We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping method is dependent on the weight of the package.
Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible. **UPDATE 2021: WE DO APOLOGIZE, BUT AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT OFFERING EXPEDITED SHIPPING**
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to enter your email address so that tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
Please allow anywhere from 2-5 days extra for bridal fabrics, silks with a 1 yard minimum cut, & notions (items starting with an NMC) as these come in from different warehouses.

For the 48 contiguous U.S. states:
- up to $25.00 - $6.95
- $25.01 to $50 - $8.95
- $50.01 to $100 - $11.95
- $100.01 to $150 - $15.95
- $150.01 to $200 - $19.95
- $200.01 to $250 - $23.95
For each $50 increment above $250.01 add an additional $4.00
*appropriate sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Missouri.
HI, AK, PR, GU, FM, MH, PW, MP, AE, AA, & AP please add an additional $7.50/order.
Due to shipping restrictions on special order items, we are unable to process orders for items sold by the Bolt outside of the contiguous United States. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
If you would like orders shipped to an address different from your billing address, please fill out the “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” section on the order form.
We will ship to the following regions via the U.S. Post Office only:
Australia, Asia, Canada, Central America, South America, New Zealand.
We use First Class International Mail for International shipments 4 pounds and under and Priority Mail International for orders weighing over 4 pounds.
Shipping charges are applied and charged at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and country that is being shipped to. This can not be determined until the order is cut and weighed. Recipient is responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country.
Transit time once an order is shipped can take 6-10 business days.
Due to shipping restrictions on special order items, we are unable to process International Orders for Items sold by the Bolt. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
A flat $7.50 per order will be added to all international orders because of additional processing costs.
We do not offer samples of our fabrics due to limited stock. Most fabrics cannot be reordered. Our minimum cut on most fabrics is 1/4th of a yard, with the exception of those that are marked as a 1 yard minimum; as those are special ordered items.

We do not accept Purchase Orders.
