Your transactions with us are secure.  Shopify takes security very
seriously and ensures the safety of personal and payment information. 
Shopify requires merchants to verify their identity as a legitimate
company.  Bottom line: YOUR INFO IS SECURE HERE.

Important note: many of our items are deadstock with limited available quantities so we suggest buying it before it sells through, without waiting for a swatch.

In light of that, if you require a sample, on items sold in fractions, purchase a quantity of 0.25.  This provides you with a 1/4 yard piece for any color matching, etc., with the exception of those that are marked as a 1 yard minimum; as those are special ordered items. Limit 5 swatches per order.

Many of our fabrics are deadstock and so there are sometimes limited quantities. Available quantities on the roll can also vary slightly depending on the accuracy of the information from our sources.

We offer the option when you select an item to let us know what you'd prefer we do in advance, in the instance of a shortage. You can let us know what is the smallest preferred amount that will work for your project. Be sure to indicate that when placing items in the cart, using the "send at least" field above the add to cart button.

Our policy is to fill your order with any of the fabrics available. It is not our policy to contact customers if we sell out of items. If you wish to be contacted prior to your order being shipped out, we will be glad to do so. Please make sure to have your phone number and email address on your order and add a note in the comments section of the online order form letting us know.

All of our fabrics are first quality.  It is still possible due to the nature of fabric, that there still may be a flaw.  We actively look for any and we do not ship them.  In the instance of one that was missed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns".

All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping is not refunded.  Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer.  If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.

* Returns using a Discount Coupon Offer:

Items returned will have the discount amount taken from the price of the fabric amount.  If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the discount offer, the full discount taken on the order will be deducted from your refund total.

* Returns using a Free Shipping Offer:

If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping offer, the full shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your order will be deducted from the refund total.  If your full order is returned, the shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your purchase will be deducted from your refund total.

* Returned due to wrong address entered on the order:

If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address being entered on the original order that was placed, we can reship the order and access a new shipping charge, or it can be processed as a return using the above stated policies.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, & PayPal.

We do not accept Purchase Orders or Personal Checks.

Sale information is provided to our email subscribers, so be sure to sign up for emails to stay informed of all sales and new items.  Sale pricing is not extended past the sale ending date.  Sale pricing is valid online only.  Any promotional coupons that are offered cannot be combined with other coupon offers.

If samples are ordered on a sale fabric, please note that the sale price will not be extended if it is not purchased before the sale ends.  Please see shipping time information for orders.
