HEAT Press Batting Together was developed to fuse batting pieces together to fit a specific size, to enlarge or reinforce. The HEAT Press Batting Together is 1 ½ inch cloth tape on a 15 yard roll, will allow batting edges to be fused together with a soft fuse that stretches, eliminating the old pinning and stitching of extra batting pieces needed to fit a specific project. The product can be used on any batting fabric content.

Directions for using HEAT Press Batting Together:
- Iron Settings are Most Important when applying tape. Irons with Teflon plates can use low cotton to fuse tape. Irons without a teflon plate use the new instructions below.
- Test your iron with tape and batting.
* 100% polyester batting... low setting.. (high synthetic) and use and up and down motion until the glue is set. You can use a low shot of steam to finish the fusible process holding the iron above the tape.
* Test all synthetic mixed battings ~ usually a wool setting works well.
You may find that the batting looks flat after application but when it cools the batting is fluffy again.
With a large quilt batting 93" and adding more width, I use weights on either side of the batting to hold it in place.
- Use and up and down motion with the iron as you place the tape for the first time on the batting edges.
- When the tape is set in place then apply heat and you may use a little light steam to completely melt the glue backing.
- You will find that the tape is soft, flexible, stretches and is ready for either hand quilting or machine quilting.

Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Carrier lead times apply, after they pick up and scan the package. Note that in the days following a promo sale, the lead time to cut an order may become longer. We have two separate warehouses. If you order a mix of items from those warehouses, note that you will receive multiple shipments. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers and will arrive separately from the rest of your order as well.
Shipping Information
We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping method is dependent on the weight and size of the package. All International packages are shipped via USPS.
Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible. All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to enter your email address so that tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
*appropriate shipping sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within any applicable state
HI, AK, PR, GU, FM, MH, PW, MP, AE, AA, & AP please add an additional $10.50/order which will be invoiced at checkout, then actual shipping charges will be invoiced separately at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and the location that it is being shipped to. This cannot be determined until the order is cut and weighed.

Returns & Warranty
All of our fabrics are first quality. It is still possible due to the nature of fabric, that there still may be a flaw. We actively look for any and we do not ship them.
In the instance of one that was missed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns".
All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refunded. Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer. If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
