Floriani Heat N Sta Fusible Tearaway 15" x 10 yds
This tearaway stabilizer has a light fusible coating and was developed for embroidery on light weight cotton, shirt weight denim, linen and other woven fabrics that tend to distort or stretch when they are hooped or when the embroidery is forming. The uniqueness of this product is the fact that it is fusible. This eliminates the need for messy spray adhesives which leave a residue on the needle, machine and fabric. By fusing the stabilizer to the back of the garment, embroiderer's are more successful in hooping and do not stretch the garment out of shape.
Most importantly, the stabilizer is attached to the entire area where the embroidery will be stitched unlike spray adhesives which only "spot" tack and allow shifting of the fabric. This product is also well liked because it offers a clean tear from around the design. It is also available in a non-fusible version and is called Floriani Medium Tearaway.
- Use for solid type embroidery designs on light weight woven fabrics such as batiste, linen, shirt weight denim, pin-point cotton, quilt cottons, etc
- Makes hooping a snap by eliminating shift and stretch within the fabric
- Fibers of the fabric will not move during the stitching process
- Will support about an 8,000 stitch count, well digitized design.
- Tears away clean from around the embroidery design.
- No need for basting or spray adhesives!
To use Heat N Sta® Tearaway:
- Fuse one layer of Heat N Sta® to the back of the fabric to be embroidered. Be sure to use a piece at least one inch larger than the outer parameter of the hoop to insure proper stabilization. *Important - Use a low to medium temp (260°, silk) setting on your iron. Do not touch the surface of your iron to the Heat N Sta®, press from the fabric side or use a press cloth (muslin or cotton).
- Hoop the garment and stabilizer. Try to achieve "tight as a drum" tension.
- Embroider your design. *Tip - If the design is denser than 8,000 stitches or if it is a poorly digitized design (too many stitches for designs size), float one layer of Floriani Medium Tearaway between the hoop and the bed of the machine for each additional 10,000 stitches for added support!
- Once the design is complete, remove the hoop from the machine and tear away the Heat N Sta® from around the embroidery.

Shipping Time
Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Carrier lead times apply, after they pick up and scan the package. Note that in the days following a promo sale, the lead time to cut an order may become longer. We have two separate warehouses. If you order a mix of items from those warehouses, note that you will receive multiple shipments. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers and will arrive separately from the rest of your order as well.
Shipping Information
We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping method is dependent on the weight and size of the package. All International packages are shipped via USPS.
Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible. All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to enter your email address so that tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

HI, AK, PR, GU, FM, MH, PW, MP, AE, AA, & AP please add an additional $10.50/order which will be invoiced at checkout, then actual shipping charges will be invoiced separately at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and the location that it is being shipped to. This cannot be determined until the order is cut and weighed.

Returns & Warranty
All of our fabrics are first quality. It is still possible due to the nature of fabric, that there still may be a flaw. We actively look for any and we do not ship them.
In the instance of one that was missed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns".
All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refunded. Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer. If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
