Shipping Time

Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Ā Carrier lead times apply, after they pick up and scan the package. Ā Note that in the days following a promo sale, the lead time to cut an order may become longer. Ā  We have two separate warehouses. If you order a mix of items from those warehouses, note that you will receive multiple shipments. Ā Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers and will arrive separately from the rest of your order as well.

Shipping Information

We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service.Ā  Shipping method is dependent on the weight and size of the package.Ā  All International packages are shipped via USPS.

Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible.Ā  All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to enter your email address so that tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

HI, AK, PR, GU, FM, MH, PW, MP, AE, AA, & AP please add an additional $10.50/order which will be invoiced at checkout, then actual shipping charges will be invoiced separately at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and the location that it is being shipped to. This cannot be determined until the order is cut and weighed.

Returns & Warranty

All of our fabrics are first quality. It is still possible due to the nature of fabric, that there still may be a flaw. We actively look for any and we do not ship them.

In the instance of one that was missed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns".

All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping is not refunded.Ā  Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer.Ā  If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
