Cyan/Black polka dot print. A very lightweight stretch knit with flowing ruffles that measure about 1" and run horizontally across fabric width. Stretch is about 150% across width. Image is printed over the ruffle texture which can wiggle a bit during the process, there may be slight variation or distortion of the design. This drapey fabric is semi-sheer with see-through areas under ruffles. Suitable for sheer novelty tops, dresses, scarves, costumes, and dancewear. Also great for kids and babies clothes. Fabric must be lined or a garment worn underneath.
